KeyShot

KeyShot™ is the first interactive raytracing and global illumination program of it's kind that behaves more like a digital camera than a rendering application. It works on Windows and on Mac OS X.

KeyShot works with any 3D digital data. Using scientifically accurate materials, real world lighting and all of your computers processor power to deliver stunning images of your data - instantly!

KeyShot doesn't require any expertise. Nor any special hardware.

Creating photographic images takes just a few simple steps. You always see what you are getting and there is no delay and no waiting.

KeyShot is easy to use with Rhino:

Create your model in Rhino and assign materials by layers.

1 Create your Rhino model. If you assign materials by layers then these materials will select as a group inside KeyShot. You can also set up any specific texture mapping inside Rhino using the mapping widget.

Add scientifically accurate materials.

2 Open KeyShot and import the Rhino 3dm file.

3 Add scientifically accurate materials.

Adjust the environment and background.

4 Adjust the lighting environment, background and camera position.

See material changes preview in real time

5 Experiment with materials, lighting environments and backgrounds. See the results in real time.
